Meet our founder and president, Krista Pucci.  Krista leads a team of professionals to provide optimal management services to your practice. Krista's intense entrepreneurial expertise led her to begin her management company in 1995 and she focuses strongly to ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance in the physician practice, as well as the business office. During her career, Krista has brought successful billing and consulting services to multiple practices in need of restructure or development of revenue processes from the front desk through the business office. Her background encompasses more than 18 years of practice management, including coding and documentation compliance, development of sucessful coding tools designed to assist the provider in the selection or procedural codes, revenue analysis, practice start up and development,managed care negotiations, and practice cost analysis.
